Thursday 4th June

Good morning year 2/3

I hope you are all got on well with yesterdays online learning. Yesterday was a bit of a different day, the weather was raining for most of the day. This might not have been great for us but I'm sure the plants and trees appreciated it. It was great to see MH, AM and LR on TTRockstars yesterday.

How did you get on with the English yesterday? How did the story writing go? I would love to see what you've been up to, so don't forget to send you work through to [email protected]

PE

I would like you all to start the day off with a Joe Wickes workout to get your bodies and brains working, or you can do some outdoor exercise and enjoy the weather.

English

Year 2 - I have attached some tasks with the start of a story about a green vision. I would like you to make the sick sentence better by using adjectives to up level it. Can you use adjectives to describe in your story? As a challenge can you try answering the questions as well? If you want, you can have a go at any of the other tasks as well.

Year 3 - I have attached some tasks with the start of a story about a solitary existence. I would like you to complete the questions about the story starter and use the text to evidence your answers. As a challenge can you have a go at completing another task or even more than one?

Maths

Year 2 - I have attached a Powerpoint for you to have a look at and some questions to have a go at about adding 2 digit numbers. As a challenge, do you think you can complete the challenge sheet and solve the problems?

Year 3 - I have attached a Powerpoint for you to have a look at and some questions to have a go at about adding with 2-digit and 3-digit numbers. As a challenge, do you think you can complete the challenge sheet and solve the problems?

Also everyone try to get on TT rockstars as well so you can practice your times tables!
