We are part of the Thomas Estley Learning Alliance (TELA).

TELA is a group of schools who work together to improve learning in all the schools involved.  They do this by sharing training and experience throughout the year in a structured way that suits the needs of the schools.  They also provide school to school support and career development for all teachers, whether new or experienced.

All schools in our academy trust (the Mowbray Education Trust, or MET) are members of TELA.
