Rabbits, Mice and Squirrels - cvc word building
Owls and Hedgehogs - cvc word building and sentences
Foxes (Owls) - phase 3 long oo, short oo, or, ar
Share the mini beast power point 'What can you see?'
Name and talk about the mini beasts.
Rabbits, Squirrels and Mice - write labels (bee, ant, caterpillar...)
Foxes, Hedgehogs and Owls - write sentences about what you can see.
Eg. I can see the bee.

Time to count!
Join in making doubles
Make some domino shapes in your book and make your own double dominoes.
Rabbits, Squirrels and Mice - make double dominoes to 10. Then count and write how many.
Owl and Hedgehogs - make double dominoes to 10/20. Then write the double number sentences.
Make your own doubles
Foxes - making equal groups
Foxes - count how many in each group, how many groups and how many objects altogether
Foxes - finish drawing the equal groups and count how many altogether
After lunch
Time to share a story!
Things to do during the afternoon:
- letter formation
- spellings
- reading time (little books and lotto words)
- try something from the PE/mindful folder/outdoor time
Making doubles using paint, crayons... you could make a ladybird or a butterfy!
