Friday 27th March

  Good Morning Year 4,

I hope you are all well and enjoyed the clips from Edinburgh zoo. The penguins were so cute!  It`s been another lovely day in the sunshine.

Today Chester Zoo are opening their doors! Check it out www.

I hope you made the most of the gorgeous weather and ventured into your gardens. Here are your lessons for today.

Stay safe,

Miss Banks

I have uploaded an extract from our class book 'The Explorer'. I know how much you were enjoying reading it so I thought it would be great if we continued. Once you have read through and analysed the text I would like you to answer the reading comprehension questions attached.

Please go online to the attached website- You can then click the multiplications tables check. This is a similar style to TT Rockstars and is another fun way to learn your times tables. It`s always good to try new resources!

During the afternoon I would like you to complete the attached Science work. It is on our current topic; Teeth.  First watch the powerpoint and then have a go at completing the sheets. Both sheets are fun and interesting!

You may have noticed that lots of children have been producing some wonderful pictures of rainbows to show  hope and support during our break from school. It shows our support to the fantastic NHS which we are so lucky to have. Have a go at drawing, painting or even crafting a rainbow! You can even send your wonderful designs to Mrs. Reek in the school office. I look forward to seeing them!

Have a wonderful weekend,

Miss Banks
