Start the morning by talking about the day. You could sing the days of the week song!
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday too.
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 days, each day different and everyday new!

English time
Share the 'Supertato' story.
Talk about the characters again, then talk about what happens in the story.
What happens at the beginning of the story?
Who escapes from the freezer?
What does the Evil Pea do to some of the other vegetables?
How does the story end?
Design and describe a superhero!
Rabbits, Squirrels and Mice - write or copy labels with your picture
Foxes, Owls and Squirrels - describe and label your superhero and then write some sentences.
Remember to send any work to the the school if you want to share it!!!
Maths time
Remember to keep counting everyday!
Sing some counting rhymes together like 'One, two, three, four, five...' and 'Five Little Ducks'
Count to 10, 20, or 90 together in ones (1,2,3,4...) Then in tens to 90 (grown up say 10, children echo 10, repeat saying and echoing up to 90)
Count to 20 forwards and backwards. Then ask some questions - tell me 1 more or less than 4, 8, 12, 20...)
Now play some games ordering numbers.
Write numbers in your book - you can copy them, or use your number lines or 100 squares
Make sure you are forming them correctly!

After lunch
Sing some songs and rhymes together, now story time!
Things to do during the afternoon:
- letter formation (pack/in book)
- reading time (little books)
- try something from the PE/mindful folder
- try something from the topic folder about superheroes
