Good Morning Year 4

 

How are you all today? I hope you have been enjoying the beautiful weather. Did you take part in the NHS clap last night? It is such a wonderful sound to hear. I think the word that describes the past week is positivity. I would like you to find out the definition of this word then describe how you have shown positivity over the past few weeks. Have you seen acts of positivity?

Please go onto the www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize page that I have uploaded to the link above. Click on the lesson and work your way through the Maths lesson. Make notes as you are going along to help you with your answers. I would then like you to go onto TT Rockstars and sound check. I will be checking who has been on tonight.

Today I would like you to read the news article on Captain Tom Moore. He is a 99 year old war veteran who has amazingly raised 27.5 million for the NHS!! He has definitely shown positivity! He walked 100 laps of his garden and turns 100 years old at the end of April. Once you have read this article I would like you to create your own newspaper article that demonstrates just how amazing he is!!
