Reading challenge

Good morning year 2/3

 

I hope everyone had a lovely bank holiday for V.E.Day. Did anyone sit outside for a social distancing street party? Or maybe you hung up some bunting or flags? The weather was really nice as well! 

It would be great to see what you were up to over the bank holiday weekend, you can send any pictures or work into [email protected]

 

PE

I would like you all to start the day off with a Joe Wickes workout to get your bodies and brains working.

 

Reading challenge

Year 2 - I have attached a sheet for you to try, it's a word robber! You have to read your book and pick some words that you don't know the meaning of. Once you have a word, you need to look up the new word and write the definition on the sheet. Finally, you then have to use this word in your own sentences.

As a challenge, can you use adjectives and expanded noun phrases in your sentences?
