Hello year 2/3

 

How did you get on with yesterdays learning? I hope you all had a lovely day and managed to enjoy the sun! I managed to get out for a bike ride and made sure I put on my sun protection. Did anyone get up to some fun in the sun yesterday? It would be great to hear what you did.

I really enjoyed seeing some amazing work today from AM, I can see how proud you are of it! It was also great to see PH and MH on TTRockstars yesterday. Finally, don't forget to clap for the NHS and key workers and show your appreciation at 8pm.

 

Reading

I would like you all to have a go at reading about what life was like for Kanu, the ex-Arsenal player, growing up in Nigeria.

Year 2 - I would like you to use the word robber sheet and find out the meaning of a minimum of 2 words that you can pick out from the text that you don't know the meaning for.

Year 3 - I would like you to use the word robber sheet and find out the meaning of a minimum of 2 words that you can pick out from the text that you don't know the meaning for. Once you have done this, I would like you to have a go at answering a minimum of 2 questions.

Geography

Can you follow the instructions and have a go at making your own contour island? Some of you can use your brilliant writing about your own island, like PH who could include her narwahls off the coast of her island.
